A simple playbook to roll out BaseCrew to a 40-person delivery team
Skip the big-bang. Here is a week-one path that corporate teams actually finish: org setup, one pilot department, then widen.

Big launches stall. A 40-person rollout works better as a short sequence with a clear owner.
Day 1: create the organization, verify email, pick Free or a paid plan that fits your seat count, and invite admins plus one team leader. Install Windows from the Microsoft Store or macOS from basecrew.in.
Days 2–3: import or create active projects, assign members, and turn on timers for one department only. Keep clock-in running org-wide if attendance matters to ops.
Days 4–5: review the first KPI and activity samples with that department lead. Fix project access requests. Write a two-paragraph policy on screenshots and timer etiquette.
Week 2: widen to the next departments. By then the pilot group can answer peer questions instead of everything landing on IT.
You do not need a six-week change program. You need a pilot, a written "how we use timers," and someone who closes access requests quickly.
