1. Legal entity
BaseCrew is the product name. All subscriptions and refunds are processed by TechFanatic through Razorpay.
2. Free plan
The Free plan does not require payment. You may stop using the Service at any time. Data retention on the Free plan is subject to plan limits described on the Pricing page.
3. Paid plans
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in INR on a recurring subscription basis
- Yearly billing, where selected, is charged upfront for 12 months and may include a displayed discount
- You can experience BaseCrew on the Free plan before upgrading — there is no separate timed trial on paid plans
- When you activate a paid subscription, your payment method on file with Razorpay is charged according to your selected plan and billing period
4. How to cancel
You can cancel a paid subscription by:
- In-app: Organization admins → Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription (when available)
- Email: Write to admin@techfanatic.in from your registered admin email with your organization name and code
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your organization may retain access until the end of the current paid billing period, depending on how Razorpay processes the subscription end date.
5. Refund policy
Because BaseCrew is a digital SaaS product with immediate access:
- Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started and the Service has been available to you
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle unless required by applicable law
- If you were charged due to a technical error after cancelling, contact us within 7 days and we will review the case
- Duplicate charges or proven billing errors will be refunded or credited at our discretion
- Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending investigation
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry collection. We may restrict features or suspend the organization until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.
7. Downgrades and plan changes
Plan upgrades or downgrades take effect according to the billing flow in your dashboard. Price differences may apply on the next invoice. Contact support if you need help changing plans.
8. Account deletion and data
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your organization data. Deactivated accounts may enter a grace period before permanent deletion, as described in our Terms and Security documentation. Request data deletion by emailing admin@techfanatic.in.
9. Razorpay
Payment receipts and transaction records are also available through Razorpay's customer communications where applicable. Disputes related to payment processing may require cooperation with Razorpay's procedures.
