1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and TechFanatic ("Company", "we", "us") for access to BaseCrew ("Service"), available at https://basecrew.in.
BaseCrew is the product name. The contracting legal entity is TechFanatic. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
BaseCrew is a software-as-a-service platform for corporate companies to manage projects, tasks, attendance, KPIs, and optional desktop activity capture for internalvisibility by admins, managers, and team leads. The Service is not intended for your end clients to access unless you choose to grant access outside the product's default design.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization
- You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information
- You must keep login credentials confidential
- Organization admins are responsible for invites, roles, and member conduct within their workspace
4. Subscription plans and billing
- Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page
- Try the product on the Free plan (up to 3 users); paid plans are charged when you activate a subscription
- Subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly (with an upfront yearly discount where shown) in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payments are processed by Razorpay on behalf of TechFanatic
- Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles
- Enterprise plans may be provisioned manually under separate commercial terms

5. Service delivery
BaseCrew is a digital service delivered electronically. Access is provided upon account verification and, for paid plans, successful subscription activation. There is no physical shipping. Features available to you depend on your plan tier.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of employee privacy laws applicable to you
- Attempt to access another organization's data or bypass security controls
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law
- Upload malware, abuse APIs, or interfere with platform stability
- Use the Service to store highly regulated data without appropriate legal basis and safeguards
You are responsible for obtaining any employee consents or notices required in your jurisdiction for attendance tracking, screenshots, or monitoring features you enable.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant TechFanatic a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
BaseCrew, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by TechFanatic or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service - only a limited right to use it during an active subscription or free tier.
9. Availability and support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may cause temporary downtime. Support is provided via email at admin@techfanatic.in on a commercially reasonable basis.
10. Suspension and termination
- You may cancel a paid subscription as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement
- Upon termination, access ends and data may be deleted after any applicable grace period
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET ALL YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHFANATIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR INR 10,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify TechFanatic against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law in your use of monitoring or workforce features.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to you.
15. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
