Screenshots without the creepy vibe: how proof of work should feel
Teams worry that activity capture means constant surveillance. Done right, it is just context on the task you already chose to work on.

Product and customer insights from the BaseCrew team.

Nobody wants a product that feels like a nanny cam. The better framing is proof of work: when a timer is running on a task, BaseCrew can capture screens at your plan's interval so leaders can understand what that block of time was for.
That is different from live streaming a desk. Captures are tied to the task. Review happens when there is a question - a client dispute, an unusual spike, a training gap - not because someone is scrolling feeds for sport.
Rollout tip: say this out loud in the kickoff. "We use screenshots as context on timed work, same as attaching a file to a ticket." Clear policy beats rumor.
Pair that with project access control so contractors only see their assigned work. Trust goes up when people know the scope of what leaders can see.
Captures follow the running task timer
